QUESTIONS?

  • The window to apply opens once per season.
  • Students can earn PE Credit when the sports season ends and coach approves participation.
  • Approved Fall sports students will be enrolled and earn credit in the 2nd quarter.
  • Approved Winter sports students will be enrolled and earn credit in the 3rd quarter. 
  • Approved Spring sports students will be enrolled and earn credit in the 4th quarter.
  • Turn in PHYSICALLY to Athletic Office only during the current season.
  • ​UPLOADING THE CONTRACT TO YOUR CLEARANCE OR SENDING VIA EMAIL IS NOT ACCEPTED!!!

SPRING SEASON

  • Students must still need PE credits for graduation requirements. Students who have already met the 20 credit requirement may not earn PE Credit for Athletics.
  • Athlete must enroll in Athletic PE Class (10, 11, 12th grade only)
  • Athlete must complete contract, get coach, parent and AD signatures
  • Athlete must begin participation the first day of the season and successfully complete the season
  • Athlete must turn in contract to Athletics office by specify due date (see above)
  • Athlete must attend 90% of practices & games
  • Athlete must display positive sportsmanship at all times
  • Athlete must be academically eligible for the entirety of the season
  • Any violation of the SDUHSD Athletic Code of Conduct will make the student ineligible for credit
